Dear Hearing Life Client

We understand the growing concern regarding the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) across our communities, and our hearts go out to all who have been affected. Given the Canadian public health authority's recent announcements we have decided to temporarily close our clinics across Canada. At this time we feel taking this step is critical to the health, safety and well-being of our employees and customers.

Accordingly, effective April 1st 2020, we will be temporarily closing all our clinics.

For our clients who have upcoming appointments, we will be in contact to reschedule your appointment for a future date, or if you’d like to reach us, please call 1-888-514-9515.

We are still your hearing partner during these difficult times. Our contact centre can assist with urgent questions and inquiries. Rest assured that we are committed to providing you with the best service we can as we help all our clients navigate this unusual time.

Continuing Support
Clients with a warranty or trial period that was set to expire March 1st or later will automatically receive a 3-month extension. During the temporary closure, we are offering the online services below so we can safely tend to all our clients at this time.

After Sales Support and Device Servicing
For information regarding after sales support or device servicing, and to get a status on ongoing repair and estimated completion and shipping date, visit our dedicated page.

Did you know? You can get access to hundreds of self-help solutions by visiting our website www.HearingAidHelp.ca.

You can also access our TeleSupport service without any fees which includes – email, live chat, telephone or video help from a Hearing Aid Specialist.

Ongoing Customer Care Program
We continue to support hearing aid users during this time. To cater to your hearing aid supply needs, you will receive additional communications from us within the next few days, in the form of:
• A phone call from our call centre
• A direct mail with free batteries for hearing aid users
• For eligible clients, an email with instructions for obtaining your complimentary or public-insurance-funded supplies

We’ll keep you informed
We continue to monitor this situation closely and will update you with information regarding the reopening of your clinic as soon possible. We also encourage our customers to stay up to date through Canada’s Public Health website.
